Brecon Foodbank Student Appeal

Students of Brecon Beacons College (part of NPTC Group of Colleges) are seeking your donations as they look to collect food and items for Brecon Food Bank.

As part of the Community Challenge of their course, the group will be making their first collection at the college refectory on Thursday 22nd November (9.30-12.00).

They will also be holding further collections on Wednesday 28th and Thursday 29th November (9.30-12.00).

Food and other items needed, starting with the most urgent items first:

Deodorant
Nappies (sizes 5 & 6)
Dried milk
Savoury snacks
Washing liquid/powder & conditioner
Tinned potatoes
Tinned meat
Sweet snacks/chocolate
Sponge pudding
Strong carrier bags
 
A typical food parcel contains:

Breakfast cereals
Soup
Pasta
Rice
Pasta sauce
Tinned beans
Tinned meat
Tinned vegetables
Tinned fruit
Tea or coffee
Sugar
Biscuits/snacks

If you are unable to attend any of the above collection days, you are welcome to bring any donations to the college, where the team will be based in room B154 (Monday-Thursday).
