To coordinate all elements of the Cynnydd Project to promote retention, attainment and progression for learners attending NPTC Group of Colleges who are most risk of becoming NEET (Not in Employment, Education or Training).
To undertake a range of duties related to the College facilities and estate including - Site Services/Porterage/Maintenance/Mail Room/ Transport/Security/Caretaking
