Course Overview

This programme will suit students who work in the Construction industry and wish to develop the required academic knowledge and practical skills.

  • Entry Requirements

    Typical offer: 1 A Level at E Grade or PP/PPP profile from a BTEC Level 3 qualification and five GCSEs at Grade C or above, to include English and Maths (or equivalent qualifications).

  • Career Prospects

    The recognised progression route for this programme is the second Year/Level 5 of the BSc (Hons) Construction Management. Graduates have employment prospects in a wide range of construction disciplines, for example: project manager, building surveyor, quantity surveyor or construction manager.

  • Assessment

    This programme will include lectures and practical workshop sessions. You will usually have to complete coursework, presentation and projects as you progress through the academic year.
