The HND Civil Engineering will suit students who have some experience in the construction industry and wish to further develop their Civil Engineering skills which will enable them to progress into positions at a more senior level.

Entry will be directly into Level 5 for applicants with an HNC in Construction and the Built Environment or equivalent qualifications with an acceptable unit combination.
The recognised progression route for this programme is onto a related degree programme including the third Year/Level 6 of the BSc (Hons) in Construction Management.
Graduates have employment prospects in a wide range of construction disciplines, for example: project manager, building surveyor, quantity surveyor or construction manager.
