This development would support the manager or supervisor within any sector and can be applied within any industry or organisation.

This part time course examines provided the development of a range of key management skills. It supports the practising team leader who is ready to move up to the next level of management
It is designed for those working in industry and currently supervising and supporting staff and wishing to advance to a higher management level.
