The ILM L4 Award in Leadership and Management will allow you to demonstrate understanding of the middle management role and be able to plan your own development. In addition develop understanding and ability to communicate effectively, as required by a practising or potential middle manager.
Delegates will receive the ILM Level 4 Award in Leadership and Management, totalling 6 Credits on the National Credit Framework.
There are no formal entry requirements, but delegates will normally be either practising or aspiring Middle Managers with the opportunity to meet the assessment demands, and have a background that will enable them to benefit from the programme.
