Course Overview

This Level 1 Fashion and Textiles course is designed to help you build practical skills and confidence in creating garments. Delivered at the Newtown Fashion and Textiles Academy in the Pryce-Jones Building, the course supports beginners and those with some experience to develop their abilities. It provides a strong foundation for further study or entry into the fashion and textiles industry, or simply the opportunity to learn new creative skills for personal interest.

Day and time: Mondays and Tuesdays, 9am – 4pm
Start date: 5th October 2026
Duration: One year (September to June)
