This course is to outline the methods and facilities that are available in the Microsoft suite of products that can be used for Online Delivery of Teaching Classes. Namely effective use of Teams to deliver Classes, and SharePoint to organise course files.
Learners will need access to a Microsoft Office account, and will have downloaded Microsoft Teams ready for the course. Learners should have reasonable IT skills.
Effective use of Microsoft Teams for classroom delivery, this means that the organisations that the delegates are working for can now welcome learners from different geographical locations.
Assessment is in the form of a Portfolio of Evidence and Formative Questioning.
