Duties
To undertake work-place based assessment on behalf of the school of Construction and Built Environment.
Qualifications
Candidates must possess an NVQ Level 3/Advanced Craft qualification in Carpentry and Joinery and have relevant industrial experience. You should hold a level 2 qualification in English and Maths (GCSE or equivalent) and be IT literate equivalent to level 2. An Assessor Award is essential. Experience of fitting Fire Doors would be advantageous.
Salary
Scale 5, Points 25-28, £24,242 - £26,303 per annum.
Location
NPTC Group of Colleges (initially based at Pontardawe College)
Hours Of Work
37 hours per week (including occasional early mornings, evenings and weekends).
Contract
Full time, permanent.
