Duties
To develop new and existing relationships with local and regional employers to identify their workforce development requirements and provide training solutions to meet their needs.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a level 3 qualification in a relevant discipline and have relevant experience. You will also have proven experience within a Business-to-Business and/or sales environment and proven experience of working in a target-driven environment. You should also hold a level 2 qualification in English and Maths (GCSE or equivalent) and be IT literate to level 2.
Salary
Scale 5, Points 25-28, £24,242 - £26,303 per annum (discretionary bonus available)
Location
NPTC Group of Colleges (initially based at Neath College).
Hours Of Work
37 hours per week (including evening work and occasional early mornings and weekends).
Contract
Full time, permanent.
