Study Skills Coach (Newtown College)
To deliver workshops that respond to students learning needs. The focus of the workshops will be to develop, academic skills, learning strategies and personal skills that will facilitate student success.
Candidates must have a level 3 qualification in a relevant discipline, (such as QCF/A level or equivalent), and/or relevant experience. Candidates must hold a level 2 qualification in English and Maths (GCSE or equivalent) and be IT literate to Level 2 (with working knowledge of MS Office). Basic Skills 9297 Level 2 (or equivalent) would be advantageous although training will be provided.
Scale 3, points 17 – 20, £17,662 - £18,902 per annum, pro rata. (equivalent to £12,032 - £12,877 per annum)

Hours Of Work
30 hours per week (including occasional early mornings, evenings and weekends).
Permanent, part time, 37.8 weeks per annum.
