Course Overview
Gain a nationally recognised accounting qualification with the AAT Level 4 Professional Diploma in Accounting, awarded by the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT). It is designed to build advanced accounting and finance skills and supports progression into senior accounting roles or further professional study. You will develop the confidence to manage complex financial tasks and strengthen your career in accounting, finance or business.

• Brecon Beacons College and Newtown College: online delivery only
Who is this course for?
This course is suitable if you are looking to progress to a higher level within the accounting profession.
• Learners who have completed AAT Level 3 or a similar qualification
• Those aiming to progress to senior accounting responsibilities or professional qualifications such as ACCA or CIMA
What you will learn
• How to prepare financial statements for limited companies and apply complex management accounting techniques
• How to recommend and evaluate accounting systems and controls in professional settings
• How to interpret financial information to support business decision-making, including the use of data analytics, sustainability and ethical considerations
On completion, you will gain advanced technical knowledge and practical accounting skills used in professional environments and be prepared to progress into senior finance roles or further study.
Learners who successfully complete the qualification will be invited to graduation.
