This week, the Performing Arts department has been the beating heart of Halloween terror, as students and staff dared to enter the infamous Scare Maze—a twisted theatrical experience that left visitors breathless, thrilled, and utterly spooked.
The studio was transformed into a dark, eerie labyrinth, where shadows danced and whispers echoed. This year’s theme, The Doll House Hotel, told the chilling tale of a cursed residence where guests and workers mysteriously vanish—never to be seen again.
Performing Arts students took centre stage, morphing into grotesque, life-sized dolls, haunted hotel staff, and monstrous figures that lurked in confined spaces and crept through narrow alleys. Their performances were nothing short of terrifyingly brilliant—bringing drama, suspense, and horror to life with every scream-inducing encounter.
Visitors were guided through the maze’s haunting corridors, where chained faces stared blankly, giant creatures scuttled into the shadows, and distorted figures emerged from the darkness. Every twist and turn delivered a fresh dose of adrenaline, with screams echoing through the venue as guests stumbled upon the next fright.
Those brave enough to complete the journey emerged with rave reviews:
“Absolutely terrifying—in the best way!”
“The students were phenomenal. I felt like I was in a horror movie!”
“From chills to thrills, it was pure Halloween magic.”
“I came last year but this one seem even more terrifying and fun”
The Scare Maze was more than just a fright fest—it was a showcase of creativity, performance, and immersive storytelling. Hats off to the Performing Arts students for crafting an unforgettable experience that will haunt our memories—in the most delightful way.
