Course Overview
This part-time course is designed to help you develop skills and knowledge in professional bakery. You will work towards an accredited Level 2 bakery qualification, supporting you to meet industry compliance standards and demonstrate occupational competence. The course prepares you for employment across a range of bakery settings or progression to higher-level study within the bakery profession.
