Course Overview
This part-time course is designed to help you develop more advanced skills and knowledge in bakery production. You will work towards an accredited Level 3 bakery qualification, increasing your technical expertise and ability to prove competence at work. This qualification is ideal if you are already competent in specialist bakery activities and want to increase your understanding of product development, advanced craft skills or managing technical operations. It can also provide you with the confidence to start your own small business.
Day and time: Wednesday, 9.30 am to 1.30 pm

Duration: One Year (September to June)
