NPTC Group of Colleges is proud to celebrate the outstanding achievements of students from the BSc (Hons) Care and Wellbeing and Certificate HE Care Practices programmes, as they take exciting next steps in their academic and professional journeys.
Four graduates from the BSc (Hons) Care and Wellbeing programme; Caitlin Shearan, Claire Evans, Ria May and Maxine O’Keefe, have secured places at Swansea University to study for a Master’s in Public Health and Health Promotion, continuing their commitment to improving community health and wellbeing.
Meanwhile, Gemma Thomas and Charlotte Humphrey will continue their Higher Education studies at Afan College by studying for their PGCE qualifications. Gemma will be supporting learners in Foundation Studies, while Charlotte will be contributing to the Health, Social and Childcare curriculum, a testament to their dedication and the college’s commitment to nurturing future educators.
From the Certificate HE Care Practices programme, Molly Pascoe is preparing to begin her nursing training. Isabel Morriss will also be heading to Swansea University, where she will study for a degree in Social Work, continuing her journey toward making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
All these students studied at University Campus Afan College, where they were supported by a dedicated and inspiring team of teaching staff who played a vital role in helping them achieve their goals and prepare for the next stage of their careers. We were delighted to formally celebrate their achievements at last month’s Graduation Ceremony at the Gwyn Hall, Neath, a memorable event that recognised the hard work and success of our higher education students. These achievements reflect the hard work, resilience, and passion of our students, as well as the supportive learning environment fostered by our staff. We wish all our graduates the very best in their future endeavours and look forward to seeing the impact they will make in their chosen fields.
