Are you interested in Construction Training?

At Pathways Training we deliver Apprenticeships in Construction that will give learners a nationally recognised qualification relevant to the route taken. Learners will develop skills in the workplace and attend college one day a week for 1 or 2 years depending on the level of Apprenticeship.

WE OFFER:

Level 2

Foundation Apprenticeship

Subjects may include:

  • Brickwork
  • Building Maintenance
  • Carpentry or Bench Joinery
  • Electrical Installation
  • Multi-trade
  • Painting and Decorating
  • Plastering
  • Plumbing

Level 3

Apprenticeship

  • Brickwork
  • Building Maintenance
  • Carpentry or Bench Joinery
  • Civil Engineering
  • Electrical Installation
  • Multi-trade
  • Painting and Decorating
  • Plastering
  • Plumbing

Level 4

Higher Apprenticeship

  • Construction Site Supervision
  • Civil Engineering
  • Quantity surveying

Apprenticeship include:

  • Technical certificate in the relevant discipline
  • NVQ in the relevant discipline
  • ESW Communication Skills
  • ESW Application of Number Skills
  • ESW Digital Literacy Skills (plumbing only).

Entry requirements

Learners must be:

  • Living/working in Wales (must meet eligibility criteria)
  • Employed for at least 16 hours each week throughout the apprenticeship

Employer Incentive: Your employer may be able to claim up to £3,500 towards the cost of your training (Subject to eligibility criteria).

What will the qualification lead to?

After completing each level learners can progress onto:

  • Level 6 Higher Apprenticeship in Site Supervision
  • HND in Building Studies
