This qualification will support roles such as a team leader, supervisor, manager or similar role.
At Pathways Training we deliver apprenticeships in team leading and management that will give learners a nationally recognised qualification. Learners will develop skills in the workplace for up to 18 months.
WE OFFER:
Level 3
Apprenticeship
For those who have management responsibilities but no formal training. Ideal for Team Leaders who will be leading people through organisational change. Mandatory units will include: Manage team performance, principles of people management, principles of business, principles of leadership and management, manage personal and professional development, and many more.
Level 4 & 5
Leadership Management
Develop the skills, knowledge and personal abilities you need to succeed.
Level 4
New and aspiring middle managers.
Ideal for those looking to further their knowledge and technical skills needed to be an effective leader.
Level 5
Project managers, Head of Departments middle career progression managers.
For those who want to develop and enhance their technical knowledge and strategic and practical insight.
Apprenticeships include:
- Diploma in Team Leading/Management
- ESW Application of Number Skills
- ESW Communication Skills
- ESW Digital & Literacy Skills
Entry requirements
Learners must be:
- Living/working in Wales (must meet eligibility criteria)
- Employed for at least 16 hours each week throughout the apprenticeship
Employer Incentive: Your employer may be able to claim up to £3,500 towards the cost of your training (Subject to eligibility criteria).
