Are you interested in Teaching Assistant training?

At Pathways Training we deliver Apprenticeships in Teaching and Learning in Schools that will give learners a nationally recognised qualification. Learners will develop skills in the workplace and have the opportunity to attend arranged workshops.

This qualification will support roles such as a learning support assistant, parent support advisor, teaching assistant, learning mentor or similar role.

Apprentice Statement

“I was lucky enough to be given the chance to do a STL level 3 course with Pathways. If it wasn’t for funding available, I wouldn’t have been able to do the course, as I am a single parent and I wouldn’t have been able to financially afford to fund myself. After finishing the course alongside gaining valuable hands on experience I was able to secure myself a full time position in a school.

Sian Thomas, Supporting Teaching and Learning Apprentice.

‘I feel I really benefitted from the course, it was easy to combine with my job. I had great support and access to loads of resources, I would highly recommend.’

Leah Davies, Supporting Teaching and Learning Apprentice.
